1. How to run computers in the first generation? 

Answer : How to run the first generation of computers using vacuum tubes for circuitry and magnetic drums for memory storage. Vacuum tubes are used to amplify the signal by controlling the movement of electrons in the evacuation chamber. The first generation computers were very difficult to operate and very expensive.

2. In what generation are general-purpose computers used? 

Answer : In the 1st generation Namely in 1946, an American scientist succeeded in making a computer that could be used for all kinds of versatile things which was named ENIAC (Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer). This computer is a large computer and takes up a lot of space because it consists of 18 thousand vacuum tubes, 70 thousand resistors, 10 thousand capacitors, 75 thousand switches and 5 million solder points that weigh up to 30 tons. This ENIAC computer is called the first generation computer.

3. Do second-generation computers have a new Component that cantik drastically reduce machine sizes called? 

Answer : Transistor technology. 

4. Why should computers evolve? 

Answer : In order for computers to be more advanced day by day, computers from a computer that can only be a calculator are now programmed with the OS (eg windows, mac, etc.)

5. What is meant by hardware, software, and Brain ware? Give examples! 

Answer : Hardware is all physical parts of a computer, and is distinguished from the data contained in it or operating in it, and is distinguished from software that provides instructions for hardware in completing its tasks. Examples of Hardware: Mouse, Printer, Keyboard, Monitor, CPU, Power Supply, RAM, Sound Card.

Software is a special term for digitally formatted and stored data, including computer programs, their documentation, and various information that computers can read and write. In other words, part of a computer system that is intangible. Software Examples: Linux, Windows, MacOS, Google Chrome, Firefox, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office; Word, Excel.

Brainware is a person who uses, uses or operates a computer device. Examples of brainware are programmers, netizens, and people who are using computer devices.

6. What is classified as a hardware import and process? 

Answer : Classification of hardware processes, namely:

1. Input Device (Input Device)

3. Output Devices

4. Mass Storage or Secondary Storage or External Storage

5. Peripherals ( Peripheral Hardware)

And the process of hardware (hardware) on a computer that functions as a processor and data processor that is entered through the input device and then issued through the output device in the form of information so that it will be accepted by brainware.

7. What is a programming language? 

Answer : Programming language, or often termed computer language or computer programming language, is a standard instruction for governing a computer. This programming language is a set of syntax and semantic rules used to define computer programs.

8. Why do computers have to perform peripheral maintenance? 

Answer : Computers must perform maintenance because computer peripherals are supporting equipment of a PC.

If the computer is well maintained and often done, the computer will not be damaged quickly, but if the user ignores computer maintenance, the computer will be easily damaged. Computer maintenance is done at least once a week, but it would be even better if it was done every time it was used.

Answer : Operating System (OS) or operating system is one of the software or software that is responsible for regulating or controlling the work of hardware or hardware and running applications or software in a computer system.
